The Opportunity
AIA Australia has a fantastic opportunity for a Website & eCommerce Specialist to join our vibrant and high profile Direct Digital Propositions team. This exciting key role will see you driving the performance, maintenance and optimisation of AIA Australia’s corporate website and digital content across a diverse mix of responsibilities.
To do this successfully you will:
- Implement the digital content plan and schedule, adhering to the activities, priorities and processes outlined within, and apply user-centered (i.e. UX, accessibility) design and best-practice (i.e. SEO, IA, editorial) principles to all digital content activity, predominantly using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
- Recommend page design and layout in accordance with SEO and global brand guidelines
- Implement SEO recommendations
- Recommend and implement CRO recommendations with the broader website team
- Participate in enterprise web, mobile and app projects
- Manage the set-up and execution of marketing campaign activities onsite
- Work with the analytics team to set up tagging and tracking of campaign activity
- Ensure content is accurately represented and optimised for the customer journey
- Participate in enterprise web, mobile and app projects
- Prior experience using Adobe Experience Manager and Adobe Analytics is a must.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a broad range of internal clients at all levels to unpack complex concepts and build trusted relationships
- Demonstrated experience working in a digital team with website or digital marketing experience.
- Demonstrated experience in SEO and CRO
- Can-do attitude and able to effectively prioritise and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to lead, influence, negotiate and engage at varying levels of the organization.
