Based at the Council depot located in Kingston, they have an opportunity for a Pest plant officer to join their busy team.
Your new role
This role will be working with the council to undertake a range of duties which include assisting and protecting our environment by maintaining and inspecting of weeds, plants and pests.
What you'll need to succeed
- Weed spraying experience or interest in weed spraying
- ACDC licence or willing to obtain
- Full training provided
- Vaccination against, Hep A, Hep B, tetanus and Q fever, or willing to work with the immunisation team to obtain
- Will be required to wear a half face respirator
- Ability to work in all weather conditions
