Due to an internal transition, we are looking for a Full-Time Weighbridge Operator to support our busy Quarry.
As a key team member, you'll manage daily weighbridge operations with on-site training and support, complemented by assistance from our Dalby Finance & Admin team. Your responsibilities include:
- Effective and efficient day-to-day operations of the weighbridge
- Procurement and administration tasks
- Monthly docket reconciliation
- Maintaining data integrity in the accounting system
- Providing support to the Quarry Sales Team
Your Skills & Experience
- Previous administration/data entry experience imperative
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Weighbridge experience within a similar environment - highly regarded
- Experience using Xero (accounting software) - highly regarded
- POS and general sales experience - highly regarded
- Knowledge of truck combinations - highly regarded
