The role:
Providing comprehensive administrative support both on site and in the office, our Weighbridge Operator will ensure exceptionally and friendly customer service to customers and external stakeholders.
Your every day:
• Input data accurately into the Wastedge system.
• Verify that the waste ID provided by the client aligns with the EPA waste tracker portal.
• Record daily pre-start activities, gather necessary documents, and scan HSEQ (Health, Safety, Environment, Quality) documents for sharing on the Sycle workspace.
• Organize and file documentation received from site supervisors into designated folders.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to all clients and external stakeholders.
Who are you?
• Previous experience providing effective customer service focused on resolving issues and ensuring satisfaction.
• In-depth knowledge of CoR laws, regulations, and ISO standards.
• Experience working within strict safety protocols, legal guidelines, policies and operational schedules.
• Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
• Proficient in planning and organising tasks efficiently, with a focus on detail and accuracy.
