Based in Corio, we are seeking enthusiastic and values-driven individuals who are qualified Welders / Boilermakers to join our growing Geelong team.

Successful candidates will possess the following:
We are looking for suitably qualified and self-motivated people, who work well in a team and are highly focused on safety and quality.
- Current holder of a Certificate III in Engineering/Fabrication Trade.
- Effective communication and people skills.
- A collaborator with a positive and initiative-taking attitude.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
- Someone who owns responsibility for the results of the team.
- An aptitude or ability to read drawings, reports, engineering documents, and standards.
- A focus on exceeding customer expectations.
- The flexibility to work a combination of days/nights/weekends and out-of-hours work.
Desirable licenses and tickets to undertake during the apprenticeship:
- A general construction induction card / white card
- Working at Heights ticket
- Elevating work platform (EWP) ticket
- RIW/RISI (Rail worker) qualification
- Dogman and Basic Rigger
- First Aid
- Forklift
