Job Description:WHAT WE OFFER- Casual shutdown role located at RTAY Yarwun, QLD with potential for other project/outage work
- 21 May 2024 commencement date, with an approximant 4 weeks of scheduled work
- Monday to Saturday roster, 11 hr shifts - days & nights available
- EA rates $52.39 p/h, site allowance, 25% casual loading on all hours worked + penalties on overtime
- LAFHA or accommodation provided to distant workers
Our Industrial & Energy business has opportunities for casual Welders
Special Class to work in Gladstone, Queensland. You will provide your expertise in welding within a maintenance or shutdown environment ensuring that work is completed safely, effectively and to the required standard.
ABOUT YOU- Hold a Certificate 7 - Gas Tungsten Arc Welding (GTAW) or AS1796 Welder Certification combined with work history of pressure welding and TIG welding on boilers and shutdown maintenance at Power Stations
- Have an ability to work effectively within a team with well-developed communication skills and a commitment to safety
- Hold an Industry White Card and Working at Heights & Confined Space tickets (2-year validity)
- Willingness to undertake a 3 site Medipass
- Must be able to obtain a QLD Explosives Security Clearance
