Lead group recently partnered with a leading manufacturer designed for various industries with expertise in medium fabrication, sheet metal and stainless steel fabrication. We are now on the lookout for a qualified Welder/Boilermaker to join the team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for welding and fabricating components according to specifications, ensuring the highest quality standards are met.

Responsibilities

• Interpret engineering drawings and blueprints.
• Perform welding using MIG, TIG, and stick techniques.
• Operate welding equipment safely.
• Fabricate components from various materials.
• Conduct quality inspections.
• Collaborate to solve fabrication challenges.
• Maintain a clean work environment.

Requirements

• Proven welding experience in manufacturing.
• Certificate III in Engineering – Fabrication trade.
• Proficiency in MIG, TIG, and stick welding.
• Ability to read blueprints.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of safety protocols.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
