Within our production facility in the heart of the WA Wheat Belt in Narembeen, We are currently seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Welder / Fabricator. Reporting to the Fabrication Supervisor, the successful applicant will have huge opportunities for growth, training and development within a flexible workplace.
What will you be doing?
- Fabricate and work on custom-designed components for Precision Agricultural Equipment.
- Read and build through engineering drawings with a high attention to detail
- Carry out a range of welding assembly tasks and repairs on machinery
- Produce creative and innovative fabrication solutions
- Maintain a strong safety culture within the workshop
- Encouraging a culture of continuous improvement by striving to improve processes and procedures to increase efficiencies
What do you bring?
You're a customer oriented, trade qualified Welder/Fabricator preferable with experience within mild and heavy gauge metal machinery and an understanding of/desire to learn about the agricultural industry. You will be passionate about working within a team and looking to join a company with true growth and development potential
