Enjoy great rewards and benefitsDynamic, not-for-profit organisationParental leave contract, 10-months part-time (3 days a week)Modern, city-fringe office with on-site parking About the role In this part-time, 10-month contract role as Wellbeing and Engagement Coordinator you will work in a collaborative team, responsible for providing efficient and streamlined operational coordination and administrative support in relation to the implementation, monitoring and continuous improvement of wellbeing activities and OD engagement initiatives. About you We are looking for people who will be the difference in the lives of our residents and clients. The successful candidate will have the following experience & skills:Administrative experience gained in either a paid or voluntary capacity.High level computer and keyboard skills and the ability to use Google Suit (Docs, Sheets etc. and in-house databases).Strong organisational and time management skills.Demonstrated commitment to meeting the needs of both internal and external customers.Ability to efficiently respond to customer needs and manage expectations.Demonstrated initiative and ability to work with minimal supervision, whilst taking ownership of own workload to meet deadlines.Strives for a standard of excellence and embraces continuous improvement.Sound interpersonal skills including the ability to express ideas clearly and concisely. Ability to listen and adapt communication to the audience.Ability to build positive internal and external relationships and collaborate within and across teams.Assessment and/or experience in a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) environment would be advantageous.Previous experience in data analysis and reporting would be advantageous.
