About the role:
Based @ Ashfield Terrace Care Community
Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm
Developing programs for meaningful engagement, social events and activities for residents
Delivering of wellbeing programs to support residents’ mental health and quality of life
Supporting & mentoring the social events team
Working in conjunction with the Care Community’s team to provide a tailored approach for each resident to aid their mobility and independence
Completing lifestyle assessments
Liaising with residents to develop activities that meet their cultural, spiritual, social and physical needs and preferences
Delivering Opal’s Meaningful Life Program Initiatives
Qualifications in Leisure and Health/Community Services desirable
