About us: 

Onsite Training Australia, a dynamic provider of hands-on training programs in the Mining, Rail, and Construction sectors, is expanding its operations in the Mackay-Moranbah region of Queensland. We seek a proactive and experienced Trainer Assessor to deliver competency training and represent our company within the region. This role is initially on a contract/casual basis, with Potential for permanent placement and leadership growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver competency training in Mining, Construction, and Rail Industries.
• Promote Onsite Training services within the Mackay-Moranbah region, QLD.
• Conduct Induction, Supervisor, workplace trainer and assessor, First Aid Training.
• Deliver Quality Training to Tier 1 Businesses (e.g., BHP, Anglo).
• Maintain professionalism and manage client interactions.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Experience in training within the resources sector.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Cert IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116); Diploma in Vocational Education Training (desirable).
• Desirable: Standard 11, Supervisor Competencies (S123 & G2), and other Operational Competencies.
• Desirable: S11 G123
• Desirable: First aid and WAH
