AddressOur client, an award-winning, full-service real estate agency based in Regional WA, is seeking an experienced Senior Property Manager to be based in Perth and manage their regional portfolio with support from the team on the ground. May require some travel pending the requirements of the portfolio.
ABOUT THE ROLE
- Senior position overseeing the portfolio, with a PM in training, when PM in training has completed registration they will step into the portfolio
- Senior Pm will then be responsible for "top up portfolio" and training new PM in training
- Responsible for running the KPIS for the PM in training, assisting in team direction, audit processes, quality control, and complaints handling
- Assisting in portfolio management and coverage of portfolios when other Pms are on leave
- Working with the team on the ground to ensure effective workflow.
- Some travel may be required to attend office, meet the team, and have a better understanding of the remote portfolio.
IDEAL CANDIDATE
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a senior position
- Current WA Property Management registration with up-to-date CPD points
- Experience using PropertyME (or similar cloud-based software) will be highly regarded
- Excellent communication skills along with the ability to multi-task
- The ability to hit the ground running
