Due to continued growth of our business, we have an exciting new opportunity for a Wholesale Auditor to join our experienced Wholesale Lending team. Your primary purpose will be to conduct Dealer Floorplan Stock Audits at Motor Vehicle, Motorcycle and Marine Dealerships. You will report directly to the Wholesale Audit Manager and work closely with other Wholesale Auditors, Wholesale Operations as well as Dealership Staff and Management.
To succeed in the role, the applicant will ideally have previous Audit experience and/or experience working in Dealership Administration.
Responsibilities
• Develop an in-depth understanding of Whoelsale Aduit procedure.
• Conducting Floorplan Stock Audits with relevant support from dealership management/ staff according to the agreed schedule.
• Liaising with Dealership Staff and Management to collect and analyse relevant data.
• Identification and escalation of risk to relevant Allied Credit colleagues.
• Identifying, investigation and reporting of anomalies with a proposed course of action.
• Providing feedback and reporting to Allied Wholesale Management.
• Organising and implementing travel plans to meet your Dealer portfolio members to an agreed schedule.
• Accurate and thorough Audit Reporting whilst adhering to policy and procedure.
Your background
• Ideally you will have previous Audit experience and/or 2+ years’ experience working in Dealership Administration.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to work with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Highly developed organizational skills, allowing you to manage competing priorities, tight deadlines and tasks of varying complexity.
• Well-developed problem solving and investigative skills, allowing the discovery of information in, at times, challenging circumstances.
• A persistent and curious attitude, which treats every stakeholder with the highest level of respect whilst always alert to the possibility of fraud.
• Hold a current driver’s license with the willingness to travel extensively every day.
