In this role you will be helping the business grow by supporting the Business Development Manager and Sales team by handling new business enquiries. You’ll play a crucial role in supporting the Sales team with administrative support. Learning the Sales process, you will be connecting with stakeholders and clients to consolidate and build new business. You’ll be making a direct impact to the business’ growth by contributing to digital marketing strategies to attract new clients and increase business opportunities.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Assisting and generating proposals and sales quotations
- Liaising with clients/stakeholders/external agencies
- Inbound/Outbound contact with new clients
- Collaborate closely with the Sales/Marketing Team to support their business processes.
- Maintaining the CRM database and other service applications
- Monitoring social media accounts, creating content and responding to messages
- Compiling and distributing information such as website and social media analytics
- Assist in developing marketing techniques that results in gaining new business
- Assisting with promotional activities
Previous Experience
- Ability to work in a small team environment and also independently
- Ability to interpret architectural plans and documentation
- Ability to work autonomously and with initiative
- Demonstrable ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines
- Well-organized with a customer-oriented approach
- Excellent knowledge of PowerPoint, MS Office
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Strong knowledge of Indoor and Outdoor Plants
- Design and Estimating Experience
- Attention to detail
Education
- Experience dealing with clients is essential
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Experience using a CRM software package (Preferred)
- Educated to a bachelor’s degree or certificate equivalent (Preferred)
- Sales experience (Preferred)
