You will be...
Based in our busy and exciting George Street office, you will:
- Be responsible for effectively selling cruise holidays including packages to travel agents
- Build a rapport with our agents and ensure you are their expert for all travel needs
- You are confident booking cruises, flights, accommodations, touring and more
- Deliver unforgettable customer service that keeps our customers coming back to us every time
We are looking for someone with...
- Retail or wholesale experience in the cruise/travel industry is essential
- Proven experience working in a customer service environment and working towards sales targets
- Comprehensive computer skills and the ability to confidently learn new computer systems
- GDS experience is required
