ABOUT THE ROLE

As we continue to expand, we are seeking a talented and dedicated Workplace Wellness and Training Coordinator to join our team and contribute to our mission of nurturing an exceptional work environment.
This is a Part Time position, 30 hours per week, which can either be spread over 4 or 5 days.
This is a trusted role in a dynamic team with lots of variety. Typical tasks include:
- WHS & associated training
- Build internal training programs in “Safety Culture”
- Onboarding/offboarding
- Maintain WHS compliance
- Coordinate incident investigation process
- Promote wellness initiatives
- Prepare WHS monthly presentations for the board
ABOUT YOU
The right candidate will be an experienced WHS & training professional looking for something new and exciting.
To excel in this role, you should have the following qualifications/experience:
- Cert IV in WHS
- Relevant work experience in a similar role
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Google applications and Microsoft Office, in particular Google Sheets or Powerpoint.
- Able to work in a fast-paced team environment, solve problems and meet deadlines
- Organised, focused and exceptional attention to detail
- Must be based in or willing to relocate to the Gold Coast region. The build of future farms will require travel therefore ability to travel as required.
