What can you expect?

We are seeking a WHS Consultant , for a fantastic opportunity.

Broome one week, Esperance the next, working with LGIS, you will work as part of an existing team delivering a suite of services to our client base. These services may include education and awareness on WHS topics, conducting safety assessments and providing consultancy and advice on specific issues across physical and psychosocial risk.

In this unique role, we are seeking an experienced WHS candidate to join our WA team, based in West Leederville, dedicated to supporting LGIS members in the mitigation of WHS risk.

• Qualifications in Workplace Safety - Cert IV or above.
• Ideally a minimum of 3 years' experience within WHS.
• Experience with advising on physical and psychosocial risk.
• Analytic mindset, and ability to work with data.
• Experience with document writing.
• An ability and eagerness to work autonomously and manage projects.
• A positive work attitude that fosters effective internal and external stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills.
• A current driving license travel within WA is an essential part of this role.
• Critical Incident Debrief and Mediation experience - High Desirable.
