We're Looking For Someone With:
· A robust background in WHS systems, with proven development, implementation, and management expertise.
· At least 5 years of proven experience in the field of workplace health and safety.
· Flexibility to manage diverse assignments, both onsite and remotely.
· Advanced computer skills for navigating our sophisticated safety management systems.
· Independence in managing tasks and schedules, with a knack for adapting as needed.
· Comprehensive knowledge of WHS regulations, standards, and best practices.
· Strong communication skills for seamless teamwork and effective client consultation.
· Relevant professional certifications; Lead Auditor status would be particularly beneficial.
Your Impact:
· Lead thorough safety evaluations, audits, and inspections to identify and rectify potential risks
· Craft and uphold innovative safety strategies and management systems.
· Offer clients up-to-date advice and ongoing support on compliance and safety optimisation
· Conduct comprehensive systems handovers to clients and assist in cultivating a robust safety culture within our client organisations
· Work collaboratively to resolve safety issues, mitigate risks, and boost continuous safety improvements
· Stay at the forefront of industry trends and advancements to ensure cutting-edge service delivery
