Role Overview: As a WHS Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in promoting and maintaining a strong safety culture within the organization.
You will work closely with management, employees, and external stakeholders to implement and monitor WHS policies, procedures, and initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and review WHS policies and procedures in line with legislative requirements and industry best practices. Conduct regular workplace inspections and risk assessments to identify hazards and implement control measures.
Coordinate WHS training programs and ensure all employees receive adequate training on safety protocols and procedures.
