About the Role:
Are you passionate about fostering a positive, transparent safety culture? We are seeking a dynamic and experienced WHS Coordinator to join a globally listed brand based here in Sydney. This hands-on role is pivotal in driving a safety-first culture, supporting a range of reporting and administration with their WHS and Environmental Management systems, and managing compliance.
Join the Human Resources Team within the Corporate Business unit, working closely with management and operations to enhance workplace safety.
As the WHS Coordinator, you will be responsible for:
- Maintaining administration for the WHS team
- Managing reports for health, safety, injury management, and workers' compensation.
- Supporting the WHS Manager and team with WHS incident reporting and site checks
- Coordinating training and development
- Supporting WHS Manager with WHS&E audit and inspection programs.
Experience/Qualifications:
To be successful in this role you will:
- Have minimum 1+ years WHS experience
- Proven ability in administration with strong attention to detail
- Knowledge of WHS legislation, regulations, and codes of practice.
- Tertiary qualification(s) in WHS or similar
- Passion for WHS best practice
