About the role
Due to a recent expansion an exciting opportunity exists in our Morningside office for an experienced Wills & Estate Lawyer to join our team.
You will work closely with our estate department which consists of our Senior Associate Lawyer and supported by a paralegal.
You will be responsible for assisting new and existing clients with their estate planning matters, including drafting Wills and Power of Attorney's, drafting applications for Probate and administering estates.
What you will need
- A passion for Wills & Estate planning including probate, estate admin and estate planning
- Be solution focused with a positive outlook
- High attention to detail
- Time management skills
Essentials for the role
- Minimum 1 year PAE in Wills and Estates
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and organisational skills
- Self-motivated
- Team player who can work independently
- Able to deliver high quality services
