The role
In this role, you will work in the Wills & Estates space under well-regarded and experienced lawyers on matters involving:
- Preparation of simple and complex wills.
- Enduring Powers of Attorney and Advanced Health Directives.
- Probate and Estate Administration
- Testamentary Trusts
You will have the opportunity for proper mentorship at the firm that will help you grow into a successful succession lawyer.
About you
You will be a Wills & Estates lawyer with at least 1 year PAE is required for the role. Ideally someone with experience across estate planning and administration.
