- You are proactive
- You care about providing real solutions, not just selling a service
- You lead by example in attitude and integrity
- You are willing to try new things and have an appetite for change
- You are committed to your word and finish what you start.
Who are you creating wins for?
Toretto Transport is a cross over between the construction and transport industries. We have been market leaders for plasterboard delivery in South Australia for many years and have recently expanded our services to other building materials. We collect construction materials from depots all over metro Adelaide and deliver to sites around greater Adelaide and regional South Australia. We are always looking for new opportunities to improve and grow.
You will work closely with the director and operations leader. You will also work with and be support by our office team including office manager and head coach.

Your main responsibilities fall into three categories: strengthen existing customer relationships, win new customers and be an excellent communicator between customers and Toretto Transport.
Strengthen customer relationships
- Regularly meet with customers to see what we are doing well and how we can improve
- Show appreciation by coffee & donut drops and organising BBQs
- Provide clear information and expectations to customers
- Bring options to help create win-win scenarios for the customer and Toretto
- Train customers in our software and systems for smooth deliveries
- Work with customers to gain a larger portion of their work.
Win new customers & grow revenue
- Meet with potential clients & discover their needs
- Find ways to solve problems
- Maintain strong networks and industry knowledge
- Expand service offerings to existing clients where possible
- Coordinate new customer onboarding, including sharing their specific requirements to the team.
Communicate between Toretto and customers
- Be an advocate for company values and systems
- Maintain a standard of excellence and professionalism in communication between Toretto and customers
- Maintain office procedures and direct customers to the correct department (you don’t have to be a solo hero!)
- Advise leadership on new types of services or areas we can expand into
- Maintain open communication with leadership
- Provide feedback to our team on ways we can improve customer experiences
Want to stand out?
No one person can be great at everything, but here are a few things that would be ‘nice to have’:
- Previous experience in the construction industry or transport industry
- Proven sales or customer relationship growth
- Market research and strategic thinking skills
