Salary: $80,000 - $90,000 per year (Full-Time)

Role Overview:

As a Control Room Operator, you will play a crucial role in the operation and maintenance of our Wind farm, ensuring efficient and reliable performance while contributing to our commitment to clean energy generation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and control wind turbine operations from the Control Room
• Perform routine checks and maintenance tasks as required
• Respond promptly to any operational issues or alarms
• Coordinate with maintenance teams to schedule and prioritise repairs
• Maintain accurate records of turbine performance and maintenance activities
• Adhere to safety protocols and ensure compliance with relevant regulations

What We're Looking For:

• Degree in Sustainable Energy Engineering, Grid Engineering, or related field (Graduates welcome to apply)
• Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Commitment to safety and environmental sustainability
