The Opportunity
Due to expansion, we are seeking experienced Control Room Operators. The primary purpose of the Control Room Operator is to maximise process control parameters efficiently to maintain and further improve production capacity and quality. The Control Room Operator will play an integral role in assisting the organisation, planning and execution of production targets, maintenance activities and mentoring of Operators.

Knowledge, skills and qualifications we are looking for
- Minimum 3 years demonstrated Control Room operational experience within a crushing and/or processing plant environment.
- Knowledge and understanding of computers, MS Office and communication devices.
- Confidence in problem solving, multitasking, and managing conflicting priorities.
- The ability to perform physically demanding tasks with a good level of fitness.
- Demonstrated safety commitment.
- Confined Space with Gas Testing
- Working at Heights
- National Police Check (issued within the last 12 months)
