About the business 

At Swan Facade Services we specialise in all types of high rise Window Cleaning and Height Safety installations and certifications, especially large contracts and multi-story complexes done by means of BMU or by Rope Access within the Perth Metropolitan District.

Job tasks & Responsibilities

This is a Casual position. The successful candidate will be required to undertake Window Cleaning tasks via EWP's and BMU's and the installation and certification of Height Safety systems. The majority of work is within the CBD of Perth, but work does range from Joondalup to Mandurah so having a reliable vehicle is essential. 

Skills & Experience

Window Cleaners

Essential

• Working at Heights 
• Valid Police Clearance within 1 year
• Current Valid Australian Drivers License
• Access to Vehicle
• COVID-19 Vaccination at least 2 doses

Desirable

• Previous Window Cleaning Experience 
• Previous Height Safety Installation and Certification Experience 
• High Risk Licence (EWP)
• White Card

Candidates must be willing to undergo Drug & Alcohol testing prior to employment.
