Job Description:
Due to an increase in demand along with our current and future projects, we are expanding our team.
We are currently seeking passionate aluminium & Window Fabricators to join our factory team. Working in a fast-paced environment to meet growing demand, working within both domestic and commercial sectors across a range of glass and aluminium products means you can never become bored working on the same site or doing the same thing day in - day out.
The responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Cutting and machining aluminium window and door components
- Assembling windows, doors, and other glazing products
- Unloading, sorting & putting away materials
- General housekeeping maintenance of the factory and workspace.
Skills & Experience Required:
Successful applicants should be able to demonstrate the following:
- Available for full-time position, willingness to work overtime if required
- Experience in domestic and/or commercial glazing & fabrication
- Punctual, reliable & motivated
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to organize and prioritize work and deadline requirements
- Ability to demonstrate correct use of tools and equipment
- Willingness to learn and follow established procedures
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build good relationships within the company
- Strong attention to detail & Pride in overall finish and workmanship
- Drive to learn and open to new ways of working
- Strive for quality and excellence in all aspects of work
- Hold a current manual Driver's License
- Hold a current White Card
