Pay range: $105.00 – 125.00 p/h inc super
About the role:
The position is primarily a technical hands-on role, with responsibility to architect an integrated Windows 11 SOE deployment strategy, design solutions, build and implement the Agency SOE, optimise support operations (including scripting, build automation, application packaging), and share knowledge to assist in the development of onsite support capability.
This role requires the candidate to possess advanced practical experience in the following disciplines; technical hands-on engineering, systems and Cloud integration, application packaging, documentation, and knowledge and skills development.
The applicant will need the ability to work autonomously and on multiple items at the same time.
Communicate and collaborate with a broad range of stakeholders.
Support technology and digital investment planning process using structured assessment methods aligned to enterprise strategy.
Required experience/skills
- Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Windows family of End User Computing
- Operating Systems and applications (greater than 5 years).
- Experience applying Windows 11 SOE security best practises in compliance with the Information Security Manual (ISM).
- Experience integrating systems and SaaS services for a modern Windows platform, and LAN (network) connectivity troubleshooting (DHCP, IP etc)
- Expert knowledge of enterprise SCCM deployment and management tools (imaging, app deployment, reporting) & Intune/Endpoint Deployment
Desirable experience skills
- Relevant industry qualifications (e.g. MCP, MCSA, MCSE) highly desirable.
- Experience working with MacOS Operating Systems and Office for Mac is highly desirable
