Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Windows System Engineer specializing in Office 365 and Exchange Online, you will be a vital part of maintaining and improving our client's essential IT systems. Your responsibilities will include:Office 365 & Exchange Management: Managing and optimizing Office 365 and Exchange Online environments to ensure the smooth operation of life-saving services.Windows Server Administration: Configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting Windows Server environments crucial to emergency response systems.Active Directory Expertise: Ensuring the security and functionality of Active Directory infrastructure for fast and efficient response times.Azure AD & Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA): Implementing and managing Azure Active Directory, MFA, and related technologies to enhance security and streamline access.VMware Administration: Overseeing VMware virtualization environments to ensure resource availability during critical incidents. QualificationsTo excel in this role and support our client's life-saving mission, you should possess the following qualifications:Extensive Experience: A strong background in Office 365 and Exchange Online administration is essential.Experience with TenableWindows Server Proficiency: Proven expertise in Windows Server administration, including configuration and troubleshooting.Active Directory Skills: Proficiency in managing and maintaining Active Directory infrastructure, recognizing its critical role in life-saving operations.Azure AD and MFA Knowledge: Familiarity with Azure Active Directory and Multi-Factor Authentication, enhancing security during emergency response.VMware Expertise: Experience in managing VMware virtualization environments, ensuring reliability during critical incidents.Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address complex technical challenges promptly.Excellent Communication: Clear and effective communication skills to collaborate with the dedicated team and stakeholders during emergencies.
