AddressThe Wine Queen Emporium Wholesalers is seeking a passionate, fantastic and overall amazing person for a Part-Time Sales Representative Position. 20 hours per week.
This role will suit an energetic and proactive individual who enjoys the challenge of sourcing new business whilst growing existing relationships and taking a creative approach to achieving targets. Providing a high level of service to our customers is the main focus of our business.
Key Accountabilities:
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of each producer and product within the portfolio
- Provide excellent service to existing and prospective customers in the assigned territory
- Implement a strategic business plan that expands the customer base and ensures strong market presence
- Proactively maintain a meeting schedule with customers and seek new leads
- Conducting regular business reviews with key accounts
- Conduct premium trade and public wine tastings/events
Essential:
- Strong negotiation/communication and interpersonal skills
- A passion for food and wine a must
- Proven track record in a Wine Sales role or alcoholic beverage
- Self-motivated with the ability to structure and organise own work outcomes
- Demonstrate a proven track record of sales growth and profitability with strong commercial acumen
- Show initiative and be results orientated
- Proven track record of developing and maintaining customer relationships
- Have a genuine love of engaging with your client base, adding value and working out what makes their business thrive
- A full Australian driver’s licence
- Own car
Desired (but not essential):
- Completion of wine education
- Hold a current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate
