The role:
• Full Time, Part Time or Casual roles available
• Achieve fair and reasonable daily, weekly and monthly targets (KPI’s)
• Offer personalised solutions that exceed our potential members' expectations;
• Deliver an exceptional service and member experience at all times;
• Contribute positively to our culture and represent our industry responsibly
• Rotating roster incl weekend work
Attributes
• Wine knowledge preferable but not essential
• Hold, or willing to obtain current RSA qualification
• An enthusiastic and reliable personality with a positive outlook
• Enthusiasm and focus for continuous improvement and goal achievement
• Adaptable to new technology and processes
• Ability to demonstrate your passion and excite others for the product
