This pivotal role is designed for an individual with a rich background in the wine industry, tasked with sculpting a robust management structure and spearheading our promotional efforts across Melbourne and the wider Australian market.
Your Role:
As a Strategy and Marketing Consultant, you will:
Develop Management Structures: Design a comprehensive management framework for HOLD INTERNATIONAL PTY LTD, incorporating all necessary documentation, contracts, and regulations.
Craft Business Policies: Formulate both internal and external business strategies to guide the company's operations and growth.
Lead Promotion Plans: Devise and implement marketing strategies to elevate the presence of A.GERE wines in Australia, targeting retail and hospitality sectors.
Qualifications:
Industry Expertise: Proven track record in the wine sector, with hands-on experience in managing and scaling a wine distribution business. Previous success in marketing wines and establishing industry connections is essential.
Educational Credentials: WSET Level 2 certification or equivalent is required; candidates with advanced certifications will be given preference. RSA certification is also necessary.
Strategic Sales Experience: Extensive background in developing and executing sales strategies that resonate with both retail and hospitality channels.
Communication Mastery: Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex strategies in a compelling manner.
Requirements: Must meet the legal age requirement for wine tasting, hold a valid driver's license, and be open to travel within the designated sales territory.
