Experienced Wintel Engineers required to join award winning Managed Service Provider. This varied role focuses on providing technical support to an end customer including maintenance support on Infrastructure, LAN and WAN Networks as well as the implementation of new projects.
There are a a number of roles available with immediate starts for Level 2 Engineers through to Senior Engineers.
This is a customer facing role so you will need to have excellent presentation and communication skills, as well as being highly technical.
Role responsibilities:
- Implementation of Windows Servers, Azure, Office 365, Exchange, and Virtual environments
- Assisting in planning and managing rollouts
- Providing on-site and remote support to customers
- Managing tickets, job priorities and process incoming calls, ensuring SLAs are met.
- Reporting on trends in the market and within the customer base, staff progress and new initiatives
You will demonstrate:
- Experience installing and implementing Windows AD, VMware
- Windows Server – 20XX – setup, administration, support and maintenance
- Exchange Server 2013/16/19 setup, support and administration
- Office 365 – experience with migrations, in particular hybrid configurations between Exchange and Office 365
- Experience with remote support tools – TeamViewer, Remote Desktop Manager etc.
