The role for you:
As a Rostering Coordinator is required to assist in the efficient and effective deployment of our most critical resource, our people.
What you will be doing:
- Coordinating rostering of staff across all locations covered by St John Medical & Urgent Care
- Ensuring all staff vacancies are filled with appropriately qualified staff in a timely manner
- First point of contact for staff calls
- Build relationships and ensure high level of customer service
- Effectively utilise online rostering system (Deputy)
- Rostering reporting
You will have:
Whilst previous experience rostering staff within a healthcare environment will be an advantage, we are enthusiastic to find someone that has the skill set listed below and we will train you to succeed in this pivotal role:
- Strong customer service focus
- Demonstrated ability to be organised and prioritise tasks effectively
- On-the-spot problem solving skills
- Engaging communication skills and ability to build relationship
- Full working rights in Australia
- Medical Reception experience will be highly regarded
