Seeking a friendly, outgoing and empathetic receptionist to join our team of busy Chiropractors in a long established Sunbury clinic.
The successful candidate will be outgoing with natural communication skills, have great organisational and office competency and the ability to relate to people and build relationships.
The successful candidate will have a calling for helping others through natural and holistic healthcare, they will be responsible for creating a warm and amiable environment in the reception area, making and rescheduling appointments, answering phones and dealing with payments received and billing.
DUTIES AND REQUIREMENTS:
- Initially around 10 hours of casual work across 2 shifts with the option to grow
- Assisting patients with filling out paperwork and any general inquiries
- Taking phone calls
- Managing patient booking software
- Managing patient financial accounts
- Balance income/ cash drawer/ electronic accounts
- Manage Health insurance questions / Issues
- Handle requests for patient accounts and health information
- Help with running reports and statistics
- General practice cleaning
KEY SKILLS:
- Experience in a similar setting/role prefered but we will consider all candidates (ideally in the health industry)
- basic computer competency
- Anoutgoing personality and empathetic nature.
- A can-do attitude, willingness to evolve and grow with the business.
- Team orientated both within the administration team and with practitioners.
- Self motivated, diligent.
- Flexible and loyal with great integrity.
- Articulate and high level communication skills both written and verbal.
- A Positive personal experience of chiropractic .
