Wireline Operator Assistant

Our client has requirements for a Wireline Operator Assistant for work in Roma, Queensland with potential opportunities in Moomba, South Australia.

As a Wireline Operator Assistant, you will play a vital role in the operations, assisting in the maintenance and operation of wireline equipment. This positions offers an exciting opportunity for individuals with a keen interest in the Oil and Gas sector and a commitment to safety.

• Assist in the preparation, operation, and maintenance of wireline equipment.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and procedures at all times.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve operational goals.
• Participate in training programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of equipment and work areas.

• Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous but not essential.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Open HR truck license. HC/MC is preferred or willingness to upgrade.
• QLD Explosives Security Clearance – client will arrange training for a QLD licence to use explosives.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
