Role: Wireline Product Service Delivery (PSD) Manager

Job Description:
The PSD Manager is responsible for directing field employees in safe, reliable, and efficient product and Service Delivery and for driving customer satisfaction and service quality. The PSD Manager drives field employee progression through competency development and performance evaluation.This person liaises with the Business Line PSD Manager for job life cycle support and technical and incident management. The PSD Manager ensures systematic usage of standard work and risk management and provides visibility regarding crew and associated function s service quality performance and improvement opportunities. This person is responsible for the cost and Service Delivery (i.e. resource consumption.)
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Review and approve technical job programs.
- Perform, consolidate, and analyse Job Risk Assessments (JRA) and generate exemptions and Management of Change as needed.
- Approve JRAs based on job risk level and Conformance Assessment score.
- Approve Project Readiness Assessments based on PRA (Project Readiness Assessment) index and PRA phase.
- Conduct pre- and post-job briefs for every job. Discuss and communicate risks and controls to field personnel.
- Manage Service Delivery process to exceed customer expectations.
- Execute Employee Management Plans.
- Manage quality control of all field deliverables.
- Ensure customer acceptance of Service Delivery.
- Lead by example with frequent field visits
- Manage incident life cycle as per the risk matrix, escalating as needed, and conduct incident response and recovery.
- Lead incident investigation, validation of results and reviews.
- Responsible for contract ownership and driving contract value assurance.
- Approve final job deliverables and job invoice supporting documentation.
- Ensure support to other functional processes with proper handoffs at key interfaces.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering or related science is desirable
- Field Engineer experiences in Wireline and Slickline Operations (Full suite OH Logging, CH Intervention logging, CH Production logging, Well Integrity, Perforations, Tractors, High tension operations, Offshore Deep Water environment, Seismic, Wellhead equipment and work with sustained pressure, Digital Slickline, Radiation safety handling, Explosive management and safety handling)
- Expert competency in Field Delivery Platform (FDP)
- Expert Competency in SLB Wireline Logging Software
- No travel restrictions and open to relocation in Australia based on company's requirement
- Strong understanding of Schlumberger product and service offering
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills essential
- Can work in a high-pressure, learns quickly and adapts to new problems and situations
