· The vCaVRG will ensure timely response to conference calls, prescriptions, documentation and utilise approved vCare systems.
· The vCaVRG will ensure their home office environment is sufficient and appropriate to maintain a reliable and professional service during clinical shifts that are not based at the vCare Hubs.
· vCare operates 24/7 and the current priority primarily is to ensure reliable cover for night shifts (2300-0700 AEST/AEDT, UTC +10/11) though alternative 8 hour shift patterns may be agreed.
