About the role:
- Assisting customers in selecting the perfect fit, crafting an authentic and personalised customer service experience.
- Provide expertise and well informed insights in the world of women's shoes.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team
- Elevate sales and meet KPI targets through strategic leadership and effective team collaboration
Skills and experience required:
- Prior management experience preferably in retail, with a focus on delivering an authentic and distinctive customer experience
- Exceptional customer service standards.
- Highlight a consistent record of achieving and surpassing targets in sales, wages and stock loss.
- Strong communication skills, a positive attitude and commitment to personal style and presentation
- Capacity to develop, coach and mentor the team to attain KPI goals.
