Innerstrength Healthcare is a multidisciplinary healthcare team made up of Women's and Pelvic Health Physiotherapists, Musculoskeletal physiotherapists, psychologists and a dietitian.

Personal and professional development is a priority with in-practice PD sessions and an ongoing mentoring program. We have excellent facilities including real time ultrasound, uroflowmetry and an exercise rehab gym.
ABOUT YOU:
The successful applicant will work closely with other physiotherapists to ensure the provision of best practice patient care and the achievement of maximal operational effectiveness. The successful applicant will contribute to the smooth and efficient running of the physiotherapy service by taking on a client caseload that includes Pelvic Health Physiotherapy, Perinatal Physiotherapy Care respecting the unique needs of people with pelvic floor related conditions. The portfolio may be clinical, operational, research or quality improvement in nature.
Essential:
- A recognised Degree in Physiotherapy and current, full physiotherapy registration with AHPRA
- A relevant postgraduate qualification and Women’s Health Physiotherapy clinical experience
- Victorian Drivers license
- Working with children check
Desirable:
- Graduate certificate Pelvic Floor Physiotherapy or working towards or equivalent
- Clinical experience working with women’s and men's health and musculoskeletal
- Clinical experience in Clinical Pilates, exercise rehabilitation, exercise group leadership
- Energy and enthusiasm
- A sense of fun, kindness and great ability to communicate.
- APA membership
- CFA and CFA Physiotherapy (Victoria)
