AddressiFactory is an established digital application development agency and we’re looking for an innovative mid-level WordPress Developer who enjoys creating, extending & supporting WordPress websites, ecommerce & applications.
About the roleWith at least four years’ work experience in a front-end Wordpress development role, you will be working as part of a small agile team with exposure across every aspect of web and mobile development. Your day will involve:
- Working with new and existing WordPress websites.
- Working with Project Managers & Front-end Designers.
- Install and modify themes with CSS & Javascript.
- Implementing custom ACF development into existing CMS.
- Extending WordPress plugins.
- Developing eCommerce websites.
- Configuring web hosting, domain names and DNS.
- Providing internal job estimates to our Project Managers.
- Evolving and improving iFactory’s website development processes
To be considered for the role, you will need to mid to senior level Wordpress developer who can demonstrate:
- Experience in implementing UX designs into CSS is a must have.
- Experience in WordPress (or other PHP Content Management Systems including Joomla or Drupal) is highly desirable.
- Experience in WooCommerce or (other ecommerce systems including Magento, Shopify or PrestaShop) is highly desirable.
- Experience in a digital agency is desirable.
- Experience in Front-end JavaScript frameworks including Angular, Vue, React, Svelte or JQuery is an advantage.
- Experience with development and administration of databases such as MySQL, MariaDB, or Postgres is an advantage.
- Experience with version control. Git, Github or GitLab is an advantage.
- Experience working with creative teams to understand project goals.
- Effective communication, time management and developer productivity techniques.
- You love web app technology.

We use WP Engine, Teamwork Projects, GitHub, cPanel / WHM, Slack, Office365 & G Suite to manage the day to day in the studio.
