Job VacancyAs the
Work Coordinator you will be responsible for safely and effectively identifying and coordinating works associated with the execution of maintenance and capital tasks for mill assets within defined factory areas.
Responsibilities- Lead, guide and support the site operations team to ensure their responsibilities are executed.
- Work closely with diverse teams and strategy areas to assist with the development and implementation of effective maintenance and capital strategies and work programs.
- Monitor and manage team performance.
- Participate in the development of the weekly schedule and ensure work is being executed as per the schedule.
- Coordinate resources required for maintenance and capital works including breakdown/shutdowns.
- In-field fault finding and rectification
- Ensure that plant breakdowns are attended to promptly.
The Successful ApplicantWe are looking for an enthusiastic, detail focused individual with a demonstrated commitment to safety initiatives and a keen eye for fault-finding and problem solving. You will be able to effectively engage and motivate a team towards common goals to achieve performance targets and business goals.Something about youThe successful applicant will possess Mechanical Tradesperson or Engineering qualifications and have experience in similar work coordination or leadership roles. You will exhibit proactive problem-solving abilities and possess knowledge of SAP and/or Work Management. You will be able to effectively motivate and build a high performing team. A current Australian driver's licence is a requirement of this role as there could be a need to travel to other sites.
