Our Maintenance and Industrial Services division specialises in the planning, management and execution of maintenance, shutdowns and sustaining capital works. The role of Activity Planner will be based on site in Darwin. Responsible for planning for our major onshore energy project.
Key Responsibilities
Reviewing, planning and scheduling all recurring PM (preventive maintenance) activities.
Development of corrective work orders from notification.
Development of an integrated maintenance work schedule for the maintenance area supervisor/leads (including PM, PDM, and non-emergency repair work orders).
Ensuring completed schedules and work orders are returned promptly and that all completed work orders are filled out completely by the craftsman, maintenance supervisor, and authorized contractor representatives.
Reviewing and identifying changes needed to PM program (based on activity results) and/or changes to equipment design and/or inventory management practices to optimize the overall maintenance process.
Lead and assist asset planners to deliver executable work for onshore facilities.
Coordinate the allocation of core labour crews for fixed plant shutdowns
Build and maintain strong vendor relationships, understanding all supply forecasts and ensure that vendors adhere to any and all processes and standards.
Train and assist junior staff in planning processes, SAP training, and answering client queries.

Mechanical Trade or Engineering Qualification
Extensive working knowledge and experience with SAP PM or other CMMS Systems.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate across all levels.
