You will be:

• Leading teams of skilled consultants, ensuring that our engagements are on track and delivering the transformation outcomes our clients expect.
• Overseeing multiple streams of work, able to effectively communicate with team members of various specialisations (e.g. functional, integration, data migration, etc.).
• Managing budgets and timelines to ensure commercial viability.
• Making an impact in the team's business development and market opportunities.
• Playing a key role in the development of up-and-coming junior resources through mentorship and guidance.
• Contributing to the culture and effectiveness of the team through internal initiatives.

• Proven track record of successful delivery of Workday HCM implementations.
• Demonstrated leadership qualities as a kind and compassionate leader, and with a passion for continually growing your leadership skills to get the best out of a diverse and multidisciplinary team.
• Strategic critical thinker, with an aptitude for using that skill to solve complex problems and plan for the future.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently, prioritise to meet deadlines and manage expectations where there are conflicting demands.
• Obtain a bachelor's degree in management and/or technology or significant work experience in a similar field.
• Relevant Workday PM and/or project management certification.
