We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Workers Compensation and Injury Management Business Partner to join our team!

The Opportunity
As a Workers Compensation and Injury Management Business Partner, you will play a critical role in managing and overseeing the workers' compensation claims process and Injury Management programs. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that employees who are injured at work receive timely and effective support and care, and to facilitate their safe and sustainable return to work.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and process workers' compensation claims from initial report to closure.
- Coordinate Injury Management programs and return-to-work plans for injured employees.
- Liaise with medical professionals, insurers, and other stakeholders to ensure effective Injury Management and rehabilitation.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all claims and Injury Management activities.
- Provide advice and support to managers and employees regarding workers' compensation and Injury Management issues.
- Conduct regular reviews and audits of claims to ensure compliance with relevant legislation and company policies.
- Develop and deliver training programs to educate employees and management on injury prevention and workers' compensation processes.
- Monitor and report on key metrics related to workers' compensation and Injury Management.
What you'll need
- Ability to communicate effectively, both written and oral, and the ability to communicate and consult with all levels of staff and with external providers
- Minimum 2 years' experience in Workers Compensation and Injury Management/case management
- RTW Coordinator Certification
- Expertise to discuss injury and treatment related issues with relevant parties
- Experience building strong relationships to influence key internal stakeholders and motivate employees increasing awareness and engagement
- The ability to manage multiple complex claims
- Coordinate the development, implementation and assessment of employee health and wellness programs
