The Role
We are recruiting a Workflow and Partnership Co-ordinator to join the I-MED team in Perth on a permanent, full time basis. Shifts will vary between the hours of 7.30am - 5.00pm, Monday to Friday.
Reporting to the Workflow Co-ordinator, you will take the lead in establishing a B2B service at I-MED WA, guaranteeing a high-quality experience for our national contracts in patient scheduling, reporting, and billing, through a single streamlined centralised access point.
Key responsibilities:
Radiologist Roster Management: Oversee the creation and maintenance of a robust Radiologist roster to meet the reporting requirements for our B2B service.
Credentialing and Communication: Ensure Radiologists are informed of reporting requirements and appropriately credentialed for each service line.
IT Collaboration: Work closely with our IT team to optimize reporting processes, including third-party software, ensuring efficiency and high quality.
Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships both internally and with key customer representatives, ensuring effective communication channels.
Collaboration and Onboarding: Collaborate internally to onboard potential new customers, developing systematic approaches for customer interactions.
Reporting and Documentation: Provide comprehensive reporting to the State Manager and customers, covering activity, KPI performance, and incidents.
Administration Support: Offer general administration support for the region and management team, ensuring smooth business operations.
What we are looking for:
Experience working in an administrative role reporting to a manager/senior manager in a professional services or healthcare services environment would beadvantageous
Computer literacy including intermediate to advanced skills in use of Excel, Word, Power Point and Outlook
Strong planning and organisational skills
Demonstrated strong customer/client service focus
