NorthCorp Accountants is seeking enthusiastic and motivated people to join our team. We are looking for people with administration experience and the ability and drive to provide assistance to our team and a wide range of clients.

We require a self motivated person that can monitor and assist a team of accountants with their workflow as well as being a Personal Assistant to the partners. The role will include the following duties:

  • Co-ordinating jobs as they arrive in the office and organising for them to be processed and returned to clients in a timely fashion at the standard required.
  • Assist clients with queries.
  • Resolve client enquiries and issues as they arise.
  • Personal assistant duties will include assisting with billing processes, client engagements, monitoring team KPI's and targets for workflow, IT requirements and general team support.
  • Administration support and tasks as requested.

The required criteria for this position are as follows:

  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality is compulsory.
  • High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and solve problems in a professional manner.
  • Ability to adapt to changes and multitask under pressure.
  • Experience working in a professional office environment as part of a team.
  • Must be enthusiastic and driven to assist our clients.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel and Word)
