About the role 

The role of Workforce and roster coordinator involves optimising the available workforce by utilising rostering and scheduling systems and managing a casual labour pool to best meet customer requirements whilst promoting a sustainable workforce across the NT Operations.

 Selection Criteria:

  1. Demonstrated experience in working both independently and as part of a team
  2. Demonstrated experience in managing competing priorities and delivering outcomes within agreed timeframes and quality standards
  3. An understanding of and commitment to the principles of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS)
  4. Working knowledge of workforce management principles, HSE, awards and roster optimization
  5. The ability to work collaboratively and in partnership with a range of stakeholders to optimize the best fit workforce for customers
  6. Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship building skills.
  7. Experience developing rosters for part-time and casual workforce.
  8. Demonstrated ability to use client management systems(CMS)and Microsoft Office suite of programs, for example, Outlook, Word and Excel
