Workforce Design & Change Specialist

Location Negotiable (subject to campus availability)

2x Temporary Full-time positions until December 2024

Base salary range of $119,757 - $132,188 p.a plus employer's contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading

About The Role

The Workforce Design and Change Specialist is responsible for implementing fit-for-purpose organisation designs and change activities aligned with business objectives and service delivery models. The role also provides advice and ongoing support to stakeholders on organisation design and change activities.

Working closely with the Senior Design and Change partner, build change and consultation tools to support implementation and be the main point of contact to update tools and templates utilised by the business partnering team and change teams.

About You

We are seeking candidates with a proven track record in organisational design and/or a background in business partnering. Additionally, experience in change management is highly desirable. You have excellent attention to detail and can leverage your stakeholder engagement and collaboration capability to meet change program deadlines and deliver results on time.

You have a customer-first, solution mindset ensuring you deliver on business requirements and provide optimal benefits and value for your customer.

Essential Requirements:

  • Degree in relevant discipline or equivalent skills, knowledge and experience.

  • Experience in facilitating and implementing organisational design and change strategies and activities to achieve business objectives.

  • Experience in undertaking and supporting job design activities including position description writing and job evaluation using an accredited methodology (preferably MERCER CED system)

  • Demonstrated experience in establishing strong stakeholder relationships and working collaboratively to identify and address business/workforce issues.

  • Ability to address and meet focus capabilities as stated in the Position Description
