Join a global real estate consultancy that are launching a new, innovative and first of its kind platform. This is a scale-up organisation based in the CBD.
Your new role
As a Change Implementation Specialist, you will be joining the organisation's journey towards innovation and growth. This requirement is due to the launch of a digital transformation program for Commercial Real Estate owners and operators.

In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in driving change initiatives, with a specific focus on digital transformation. This includes crafting launch strategies, developing onboarding and self-service materials and spearheading implementation efforts.
In addition, you will be:

• Collaborating with a small team and a handful of clients with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and objectives
• Developing change management plan tailored to digital initiatives
• Creating engaging launch strategies to promote adoption of new digital tools and processes
• Designing and producing high-quality onboarding materials, including guides, LOOM tutorials, knowledge hub and online materials for self-service
• Supporting client and platform implementation activities
• Facilitating onboarding introductory sessions to educate stakeholders to support the adoption of new technologies and workflows
• Develop and provide the set-up for the Knowledge Hub and all support communications
• Managing and monitor implementation progress and address any issues or roadblocks that arise with readiness tools
• Change gap analysis, assess and provide insights in platform risk features and functionality
• Continuously assessing and refining change management strategies based on client feedback and outcomes

What you'll need to succeed

Demonstrated experience within change implementation, specifically, for digital products

End to end digital transformation experience

Ideally, commercial real estate and scale up experience

Able to work in a stand-alone change role

An innovative thinker, who is pragmatic and able to pivot and adapt quickly
